Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign and bill new accounts.
• Respond to daily contact with customers in person, by phone, and by email regarding utility billing.
• Respond to calls about service failures and explain charges, policies, programs, and rates.
• Conduct special billing investigations and resolve disputes.
• Maintain records and organize data for quick retrieval.
• Handle credit and collection issues following policy.
