Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly utility billing statements for all billable customers, including write-offs, adjustments, final billings and rate changes.
• Oversee the City’s electronic utility billing process; including online bill pay and electronic bills.
• Respond to billing inquiries and concerns; reconcile customer accounts.
• This position also serves as support to the front desk by assisting customers.
