Job summary

ProKatchers LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Utility Customer Service Representative for a 3-6 month assignment. You will analyze and resolve billing, usage, and meter data exceptions, and handle move-in/out, reconnect, and cut for non-payment orders.

You will review customer accounts, service agreements, rates, and billing cycles, and work with utility billing and information systems. Experience with Oracle CC&B or Cognos is a plus, with strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience with utility billing systems.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Familiar with billing cycles and rates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve billing, usage, and meter data exceptions.
• Process billing corrections, credit/debit adjustments, and account updates.
• Investigate meter reading anomalies and billing discrepancies.
• Handle Move In/Move Out, Reconnect, and Cut for Non-Payment orders.
• Review customer accounts, service agreements, rates, and billing cycles.
• Work with utility billing and customer information systems.
• Utility billing, water/energy utility Call Center experience preferred
• Experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing, Oracle MDM, Cognos, or NetSense is a plus
