Job summary

West Monroe in the United States is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Utilities Practice. You will work with client teams across the project lifecycle, gaining exposure to strategy, technology evaluation, and process optimization.

As a Utilities Consultant you will contribute to strategic solutions for transforming energy and utilities sectors, collaborating with senior staff, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation in 2026–2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B, TN).
• Reside within 50 miles of your assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Client Delivery: Assist in strategy development for utility initiatives and document current-state processes.
• Manage dependencies between project workstreams and parallel initiatives.
• Support workshops, capture requirements, and present deliverables to stakeholders.
• Assist in driving change management for large utility programs.
• Collaborate to apply lessons learned and improve client service.
• Support business development through proposals and client activities.
• Contribute to new methodologies and thought leadership.
