West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Utilities Practice. You will work with client teams across the project lifecycle, supporting strategy, technology evaluation, process optimization, and program leadership in a hybrid work environment.

You will gain exposure to AI-enabled tools, learn from senior consultants, and contribute to major initiatives improving efficiency, resiliency, and customer experience in the energy and utilities sector.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation window of December 2026 to July 2027.
• On-track to graduate within the specified window and graduation date will be verified.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Assist in strategy development for utility initiatives, including OT, telecom assets, customer-facing software, business IT systems, and renewables.
