West Monroe in Chicago is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Utilities Practice. As a Utilities Consultant, you will work with client teams across strategy, technology evaluation, and process optimization, gaining exposure to cutting-edge energy tech.

You will collaborate with senior consultants to deliver programs that improve operating efficiency, digitization, and customer experience, while developing leadership and cross-functional skills in a supportive, mentorship-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and July 2027.
• Must be on track to graduate within this window; graduation date verified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategy development for utility initiatives; OT and tech assets involved.
• Analyze and document current-state processes for optimization.
• Manage dependencies between project workstreams and initiatives.
• Support leadership in workshops, requirements capture, and stakeholder deliverables.
• Assist in driving change management for large utility programs.
• Collaborate to apply lessons learned and best practices.
