Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation Dec 2026–Jul 2027.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside within 50 miles of assigned office.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Hybrid work model experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategy development for utility initiatives including OT, telecom, customer software, and renewables.
• Analyze current-state processes; identify improvements and support optimization.
• Manage dependencies between project workstreams and parallel initiatives.
• Support workshops, capture client requirements, and present deliverables to stakeholders.
• Assist in driving change management for large transformational utility programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to apply lessons learned and improve client service.
• Support proposals, presentations, and engagement with new clients.
• Develop new methodologies, industry thought leadership, and innovative solutions for client engagements.
• Participate in inclusion and diversity initiatives across the firm.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and synthesize insights for clients.
