Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant consulting experience in Energy & Utilities.
• Strong knowledge of the Energy & Utilities industry and associated business, operational, regulatory, or technology challenges.
• Experience managing project scope, financials, risks, resources, and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Experience contributing to business development, proposals, and expansion of existing client relationships.
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, with strong critical thinking.
• Ability to travel 50%-75% annually.
• Commitment to inclusion and diversity and openness to new ideas and perspectives.
• Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex consulting engagements for energy clients, translating challenges into strategies and solutions.
• Manage engagement scope, budget, staffing, multiple workstreams, deliverables, profitability, risks, and client communications.
• Apply industry knowledge to grid modernization, transformation, customer experience, asset management, regulatory priorities, and tech modernization.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and connect recommendations to measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams with clear direction and coaching.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and support data-driven recommendations.
