West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Utilities Practice in a hybrid work model in New York. You will contribute to strategy, technology evaluation, and process optimization while working with senior consultants on client engagements in the energy sector.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0+ GPA, located within 50 miles of the office, and prepared to travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in progress, with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Jul 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reside within 50 miles of your assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Assist in strategy development for utility initiatives including OT, assets, customer software, IT systems, and renewables.
• Analyze and document current-state processes; identify improvement opportunities and support optimization.
• Support project leadership in workshops, capturing requirements, and presenting deliverables to stakeholders.
• Assist in driving change management for large transformational utility programs.
• Collaborate with teams to apply lessons learned and advanced AI techniques to improve client service.
