Georgia-Pacific's Naheola Mill in Pennington, Alabama is seeking a Utilities Business Unit Leader to guide a 60+ person operation supporting Pulp, Power and Recovery assets, delivering reliability, safety, and production improvements across the Utilities organization.

You will lead organizational change, build team capability, and apply Georgia-Pacific's Asset Maintenance Work Process while advancing Disciplined Operations and guiding the team to deliver sustainable results across manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large team in a heavy industrial setting.
• Ability to drive reliability and cost improvements.
• Experience managing budgets and maintenance expenditures.
