Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Toledo Containerboard Mill in Oregon seeks a Power and Utilities Area Operating Superintendent to lead the Power & Recovery Operations team. You will apply PBM principles to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations while guiding asset strategies and continuous improvement.

You will build capability, drive clear decision rights, and ensure EH&S, quality, reliability, production, and cost objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pulp and paper operations or biomass/power generation
• Experience delivering high performance in heavy industry
• Experience applying leadership principles to develop people and improve results

Responsibilities

• Lead PBM-based Power & Recovery Operations to drive long-term value
• Translate vision into priorities, measures, and expectations
• Ensure EH&S, quality, reliability, production, and cost objectives
• Develop asset strategies to drive continuous improvement
• Plan outages and direct annual work with risk reduction
• Mentor and develop team members including Supervisors and Technicians
