Job summary

Enbridge Utah facilities team lead role seeking hands-on leader to oversee the portfolio of workplace facilities, building systems, maintenance programs and contractor performance. You will drive asset reliability, safety, and efficiency while guiding a team of coordinators and managing projects and service providers.

Qualifications

• Related university degree with 6+ years of directly related experience or equivalent.
• HVAC Certification or equivalent trade certification.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification.
• Experience operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of BAS/BMS, energy management and IAQ.
• Ability to lead maintenance operations and manage contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical leadership across HVAC and building systems.
• Lead troubleshooting, commissioning, testing, and performance monitoring.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs and asset reliability plans.
• Lead Facilities Coordinators and Facilities Project Manager staff.
• Manage capital projects, budgets, schedules, risks, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee contractors and service providers to ensure performance and safety.
• Champion health, safety and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and partners to communicate risks and project impacts.
