Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking an experienced Utah Facilities Team Lead to provide technical and operational leadership across building systems, maintenance programs, and project delivery. You will guide teams, optimize performance, and uphold safety and reliability standards.

You will oversee contractors, manage budgets and schedules, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, hybrid-work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires related university degree or equivalent experience.
• HVAC certification or journeyperson status and EPA Universal Handling certification are required.
• Strong leadership and team management in facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical leadership across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Oversee maintenance programs, preventive/predictive maintenance, and asset reliability initiatives.
• Manage contractors, vendors and service providers to meet safety and performance goals.
• Lead Facilities Coordinators and Project Manager, prioritize work orders and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
