Job summary

Enbridge in Utah is seeking a hands-on Facilities Team Lead to provide technical and operational leadership across our workplace facilities portfolio. You will oversee critical building systems, maintenance programs, facility projects, and contractor performance to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The role requires coordinating teams, managing budgets and schedules, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

Related university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
HVAC certification and licenses as applicable.
Experience in operation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical leadership across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, BAS/BMS, and life safety systems.
Lead troubleshooting, system optimization, commissioning, testing, and performance monitoring to improve asset reliability.
Develop and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs using CMMS and data.
