Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires related university degree and minimum six years of directly related experience or equivalent
• HVAC certifications/licensing and EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification required
• Strong expertise in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems with BAS/BMS integration

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical leadership across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, energy management, and life safety systems.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs and manage asset reliability.
• Supervise Facilities Coordinators and Project Manager; manage staffing, workloads, and after-hours coverage.
