Job summary

Staffing For Doctors seeks two dependable Biopsy Care Coordinators to join our clinical team. You will lead biopsy follow-up communications, review lab results, and provide compassionate guidance to patients.

The roles are full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST schedule. A USRN license and dermatology/outpatient experience are highly preferred, with ModMed EMA EMR familiarity a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license required.
• Dermatology or outpatient procedures experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication with neutral pronunciation.

Responsibilities

• Review biopsy reports and pathology results for accuracy and urgency.
• Contact patients to deliver results and explain next steps.
• Document interactions in EMR accurately and coordinate follow-up care.
• Coordinate with providers on abnormal or urgent findings.
