Job summary

Maiden Lane Medical seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Care Coordinator for a remote role in preventing gaps in ambulatory women's health care. You will triage via telephone and patient portal, coordinate complex diagnostic workflows, and ensure timely follow-up across multiple specialties.

Ideal candidates hold an NY RN license, 3+ years in gynecology/women's health, and strong experience with EHRs. This full-time position offers remote work with patient-centered care and collaboration

Qualifications

• RN license in New York State (unrestricted).
• Graduate of ADN or BSN.
• Minimum 3 years in gynecology/women's health ambulatory care.
• Experience with telephone triage and patient portal management.

Responsibilities

• Triage calls and portal messages; coordinate care workflows.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the EHR.
• Schedule diagnostics and procedures; coordinate referrals.
• Communicate results and follow-up instructions to patients.
• Escalate urgent cases and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with providers and administrative teams.
