Requirements include a diploma or related field and 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (outpatient, hospital, or telehealth). Strong communication and independent remote work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (outpatient, hospital, or telehealth).
• Experience with patient triage, education, and follow-up.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting multiple providers.
• Experience in outpatient, urology, or specialty settings.
• Familiarity with care coordination or patient navigation concepts.
• Comfort using technology for patient education and virtual communication.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and professional first impression of the practice and show a caring attitude.
• Triage incoming patient calls and secure messages, assess urgency and determine steps.
• Review symptoms, labs, and medical history to identify changes.
• Communicate test results and post-procedure guidance clearly and compassionately.
• Educate patients about medications, procedures, and self-care.
• Document all patient interactions and plans in the EMR.
• Assist with e-scribing medications, labs, and imaging as directed.
• Schedule virtual or in-person appointments across providers.
• Support completion of medical paperwork and insurance documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to maintain efficient workflows.
