Lob is seeking a Senior Manager for USPS Programs to lead direct mail operations and manage the USPS relationship. You will collaborate with logistics, operations, sales, and product teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective mail production and delivery.

You will stay current on USPS rules and rate structures, analyze trends, and build reports to guide strategic decisions, promotions, and pricing initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and industry influence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years in a USPS-related role within direct mail, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Deep understanding of USPS rules, mail classification, and postal optimization strategies (presort, commingling, drop shipping).
• Familiarity with postal software (PostalOne!, Mail.dat) and related logistics platforms.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead USPS compliance and strategy as SME and USPS liaison.
• Stay current on USPS regulations and rates to optimize for cost and speed.
• Analyze mail data to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Develop reports on mailing performance, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product and Sales on USPS promotions.
• Manage relationships with USPS and industry groups to influence pricing.
• Translate industry changes into actionable operational guidance.
• Lead adoption of new USPS products and technologies.
• Educate internal teams on USPS policies and best practices.
