The role focuses on cost-effective, compliant mail production and delivery, leveraging postal strategies to drive customer success and company growth. A 7+ year USPS background and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a USPS-related role within direct mail, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Deep understanding of USPS rules, mail classification, and postal optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• USPS Compliance and Strategy: act as USPS liaison and SME for internal teams and USPS contact.
• Data Analysis: use data-driven insights to monitor mail efficiency and delivery performance; analyze USPS trends.
• Reporting: create reports on mailing performance, cost efficiency, and compliance; track USPS promotions and impact.
• Lead end-to-end USPS promotions: coordinate with Product and Sales to maximize postage savings.
• Vendor & Partner Relationships: negotiate rates and optimize workflows with USPS and logistics stakeholders.
• Industry involvement: represent company in MTAC and other USPS organizations; influence postal policy.
• Actionable insights: translate industry changes into recommendations to improve operations and services.
• Innovation: lead adoption of new USPS products/services to improve delivery efficiency.
• Internal training: educate teams on USPS policies and best practices.
