Qualifications

• 7+ years in a USPS-related role within direct mail, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Deep understanding of USPS rules, mail classification, and postal optimization strategies.
• Experience with USPS regulations, mail preparation, entry, and rate structures.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Industry involvement with MTAC, NAPM, PostCom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as USPS liaison and SME to internal teams and USPS.
• Monitor USPS regulations, rate structures, and cost optimization.
• Develop reports on mailing performance, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead end-to-end USPS promotions with Product and Sales.
• Manage vendor relationships to negotiate better rates.
• Represent the company in MTAC and other USPS bodies.
• Translate industry changes into actionable recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in USPS-related processes.
• Educate internal teams on USPS policies and innovations.
