Lob is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead USPS operations and optimize our direct mail programs, collaborating with logistics, operations, sales, and product teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective mail production and delivery.

The Senior Manager will navigate USPS regulations, analyze trends, prepare reports on performance and promotions, and foster strong relationships with USPS and industry partners to drive customer success and company growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a USPS-related role within direct mail or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Deep understanding of USPS rules, mail classification, and postal optimization.
• Experience with PostalOne!, Mail.dat, and related software.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead USPS compliance and strategy as liaison with USPS.
• Stay current on USPS regulations and rate structures.
• Analyze mail data and report performance and cost trends.
• Drive end-to-end USPS promotions and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to negotiate rates.
• Inform stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Educate internal teams on USPS policies and new offerings.
