Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System for the USMC. You will oversee program personnel, manage budgets and proposals, coordinate with sales, and ensure DoD compliance across global projects.

The role requires extensive executive leadership, strong communication, and experience with large enterprise IT systems. A US citizenship is required with ability to obtain security clearance, and travel within the US is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management or military experience.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Experience managing large enterprise IT systems and DoD contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program personnel and support staff.
• Coordinate with Sales, prepare proposals and DoD documentation.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contract compliance.
• Lead system upgrades and lifecycle management.
