Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System for the USMC. You will oversee personnel, budgets, and cross-functional teams, coordinating with sales and customers to ensure milestones and requirements are met.

Remote within the U.S. with travel, you will ensure DoD compliance, manage vendor relations, and drive upgrades and lifecycle sustainment across global projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience or military experience.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain DoD clearance as required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program personnel and support staff for the USMC West Region ISR ASTRO System.
• Coordinate with Motorola Sales team, manage proposals and budgets.
• Lead engineers, system managers, cybersecurity leads, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure DoD change management processes are followed and program milestones met.
• Communicate with customers, partners, USMC, and internal leadership to align on strategy.
