Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System for the USMC. You will oversee personnel, budgets, and milestones, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and DoD partners to deliver complex system upgrades and lifecycle sustainment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing programs in large enterprise IT or DoD-related environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources across multi-site teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program personnel and support staff for the USMC LMR ASTRO System.
• Coordinate with Sales, engineering, and DoD stakeholders and manage proposals.
• Handle program budget, lifecycle planning, and DoD change management processes.
• Lead and direct project managers and cross-functional teams to achieve milestones.
• Ensure compliance with information security, system upgrades, and documentation standards.
