Job summary

ASM GLOBAL is seeking part-time Ushers at Save Mart Center to greet guests and provide assistance during events. You will answer questions, guide attendees, and report issues to the appropriate department.

The role requires strong verbal and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service experience is preferred and you must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred; customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly service at events.
• Answer general questions about the arena and assist guests.
• Support Event Manager and Usher Supervisors as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
