TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking an exceptional leader to drive strategic initiatives, align cross-functional priorities, and accelerate business growth from its Los Angeles operations. The role emphasizes user feedback handling, research-driven improvements, and growth through cross-functional collaboration.

The team focuses on improving the core user experience across Lemon8 and related platforms, with an emphasis on speed, experimentation, and data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant working experience in internet user operation, product operation, experience operation or user research is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, user-centric mindset, service awareness and ability to work under pressure; excellent teamwork capability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, handle and follow up on user feedback across multiple product channels. Collaborate closely with PM, RD teams to resolve user experience issues efficiently.
• Leverage user feedback data analysis, user research, competitor analysis and business inputs to identify user pain points and requirements. Diagnose problems and propose systematic solutions to improve core user experience.
• Drive user groups acquisition, operation and growth. Partner with cross‑functional teams to regularly execute user beta testing, campaign initiatives and agile research activities, so as to boost user engagement and brand recognition.
• Adopt productivity tools to optimize and iterate existing workflows and improve operational efficiency.
