Qualifications

• Several years of automotive sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales and trend forecasting abilities.
• Three years’ experience buying cars at auction.

Responsabilités

• Forecasts goals and objectives for sales and expenses monthly and yearly.
• Hires and mentors used-vehicle sales staff.
• Prepares annual operating forecast and budget for the used-vehicle dept.
• Complies with federal, state, and local used-vehicle regulations.
• Directs staffing and schedules department employees.
• Supports sales team to set realistic monthly goals.
• Maintains and analyzes local market data to guide inventory.
• Manages commission sheets and payroll for sales staff.
• Leads daily/weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
• Enforces product-knowledge standards and customer service quality.
• Oversees customer satisfaction and close rates.
• Coordinates delivery and introduction to the service dept.
