Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
• Establish customer network by building rapport.
• Manage new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff.
• Manage all other aspects of the sales department.
• Track gross logs and desk deals.
