Job summary

Lithia RV of Spokane is hiring a Used Vehicle Buyer in Spokane Valley, WA. You will source and appraise used RVs, negotiate prices, and manage purchases while also selling and building customer relationships for commission opportunities.

The role offers performance-based incentives, a broad purchasing/sales remit, and strong growth potential in the RV market. Training is provided and success drives compensation.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• No experience necessary; company offers training.
• Ability to learn and apply buying/selling processes.

Responsibilities

• Acquire used RV inventory through direct contacts, leads, and auctions.
• Appraise vehicles, negotiate price, and finalize purchases.
• Generate leads and set sales appointments from the used RV market.
• Provide an exceptional customer purchasing experience and build relationships.
• Utilize lead management tools and prepare necessary reports.
