Seattle Airstream Adventures in Milton, WA is hiring an Experienced RV Service Technician. Earn $28-$35 per hour with a proficiency bonus program, in a climate-controlled indoor shop expanded to 17 bays.

Schedule Tue–Sat, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with vendor training and ongoing education opportunities to keep Airstreams road-ready. Qualified candidates have 1+ year RV service experience, 2+ years in related trades, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as RV Service Technician.
• 2+ years experience in related skilled trade (auto mechanic, facility maintenance, etc.).
• RVIA/RVDA – Certified Technician, preferred.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and repair failed components.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections.
• Regularly participate in continuing education such as vendor training and our 5-Rivet program.
• Help guests keep their Airstream adventures safe, comfortable, and road-ready.
