Responsibilities

• Provide thorough product information and demonstrations to prospects.
• Know and follow federal/state/local laws governing retail vehicle sales.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and ensure all features work before customer arrival.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork to customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight service quality and efficiency.
• Follow up on post-delivery items and paperwork to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with service and body shop to recondition vehicles on schedule.
• Attend sales meetings and assist with used-vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a professional business appearance and write sales orders per dealership policies.
