You will source, evaluate, recondition, and resell gear, coordinating with service, rental and dealer networks to meet revenue targets. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of power generation or industrial engine sales experience, deep CAT product knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in power generation or industrial engine sales.
• Strong knowledge of CAT generator sets and engines.
• Proven ability to assess equipment value and market demand.
• Experience with CAT dealers or CAT rental operations.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow used CAT generator and engine sales.
• Build relationships with customers, dealers, and national accounts.
