Landers Chevrolet Of Norman in Missouri seeks a Used Car Sales Manager to lead a sharp team of Sales Consultants, mentor staff, and drive customer-focused sales for our high-volume dealership.

You will coach, develop relationships with customers, and optimize the used-vehicle sales process, ensuring top performance and excellent service standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience REQUIRED.
• Proven track record in purchasing, pricing, and marketing used vehicles.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment.
