Hudson Automotive Group's Toyota of North Charlotte in Huntersville, NC is seeking a career-driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-energy sales team and drive results.

Expect top compensation with a $120,000–$250,000 annual salary plus commissions, open-to-close shifts, and access to Hudson Academy for ongoing development. We offer PTO, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k), and vehicle/service discounts.

Qualifications

• High-volume dealership sales management experience required.
• Proven track record of delivering on goals while maintaining customer service standards.
• Ability to facilitate deals through the full sales lifecycle.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
