Job summary

Honda of Huntersville, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead a high-volume showroom in Huntersville, NC. The role offers base+commission with a lucrative earning potential and a schedule Monday-Saturday, 8am-9pm.

You will train and motivate a sales team, maintain top customer service standards, and coordinate with other departments to drive performance. Must have 3–5 years of dealership sales management and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High-volume dealership sales management experience with 3-5 years.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing sales team.
• Ability to facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
