Ross Downing Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager/Used Car Manager to lead our high-volume used car operation. You will oversee sales staff, drive targets, and maintain exceptional customer service, with a focus on training and developing the team to outperform goals.

Ideal candidates have a proven management track record, strong CRM experience, and excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license and professional appearance are required.
