Job summary

Crown Automotive Group is seeking a progressive Used Car Sales Manager to lead a large, multi-brand sales team and drive profitability across our Florida locations.

Ideal candidates bring extensive training, desking and internet sales process experience, with a strong track record of maintaining customer satisfaction while controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• At least five years in a dealership sales environment.
• New and used inventory control skills.
• Excellent training, desking and internet sales process success.
• Use current technologies to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Experience in maintaining the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors as representatives of the dealership.
• AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
