All Star Nissan in Denham Springs, LA is seeking a driven Pre‑Owned Sales Manager to lead a high‑energy used‑car team. You will train, motivate and manage a top‑performing staff, driving results and customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience with high‑volume used‑car operations and tools like V‑Auto and E‑Leads is a plus; collaboration with other departments is essential to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Used Car Manager experience in a high-volume dealership with 3–5 years of experience.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team of top performers.
• Used car inventory management incl. pricing, appraising trades and auctions.
• V-Auto and E-Leads experience preferred.
• Ability to work deals from A to Z.
