Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain records on required documents; resolve issues to obtain customs clearance.
• Understand customer’s business, requirements, and rate structure; issue invoices for services and accrue costs in system.
• Review and update customer files; monitor changes to regulations and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
