Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC is seeking a dedicated Import/Export Logistics Coordinator to manage customs, shipping activities, and regulatory compliance from our Texas operations. You will coordinate with customs brokers, track containers, and ensure accurate documentation for government agencies.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse or shipping, high school diploma, and strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint reporting skills. Some travel may be required to support operations and inspections.

Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse or shipping experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Mathematical skills to perform basic arithmetic
• Proficiency with reporting tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Experience identifying and solving problems in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export, customs, and shipping activities with documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Track containers, document vessel delays, and verify container history and per diem.
• Coordinate fumigation and inspections with government agencies and provide required documentation.
• Liaise with customs brokers to arrange deliveries and pickups; manage schedules and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare import/export documentation for government agencies; maintain logs of inspections and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with import/export and shipping regulations; maintain accurate records.
• Travel by car or plane as needed for business purposes.
