Job summary

McLane Global is seeking an Export Coordinator in Houston to prepare and validate export documentation for ocean, air, and land shipments. You will coordinate with sales, warehouses, freight forwarders, vendors, and government bodies to ensure compliance and timely processing.

A 2–3 year background in logistics plus strong Excel and D365 skills are required. The role includes handling invoices, COOs, and country-specific documents, maintaining organized export files, and supporting the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in logistics, international studies, business, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365; able to learn quickly and work with details.

Responsibilities

Prepare export documentation for ocean, air, and land shipments.
Process and validate commercial invoices, COOs, Free Sale Certificates, and other country-specific documents.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse/loading facilities, freight forwarders, vendors, USDA, State Department, and customers.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of export shipments.
Maintain organized and catalogued export files.
Monitor accounts payable/receivable for timely payments.
Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations.
Manage sample procurement, packing, and shipment via UPS/DHL.
Prepare export documentation for trade shows and marketing activities.
Support the international sales team on assigned tasks.
