Job summary

Clark Construction Enterprises, LLC seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager for a USACE construction project in Algiers, LA. The QCM will lead the QC program, manage the Three-Phase Control process, and ensure compliance with USACE standards and contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has a current CQMC/CQCM certificate, proven USACE QC experience, and strong documentation and communication skills to coordinate with PMs, government reps, and testing agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Control Manager on USACE construction projects.
• CQMC/CQCM certification through USACE course is required.
• Minimum 3 years of QC experience on federal/USACE projects.
• Strong knowledge of USACE QC procedures and requirements.
• Experience administering the Three-Phase Control process.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and submittals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Contractor’s Quality Control program and team on the USACE project.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the project QC Plan (QCP) per contract and USACE requirements.
• Manage the Three-Phase Control process (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up).
• Oversee QC inspections, documentation, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate QC activities with PM, Superintendent, government reps, USACE, subs, and testing agencies.
• Ensure work conforms to plans, specs, submittals, and codes.
• Maintain QC records and submit Daily Quality Control Reports (DQCRs).
• Monitor testing, inspections, and material quality; close out deficiencies.
