You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify talent needs, strengthen sourcing plans, and drive process improvements in hiring.

You will leverage data-driven market insights, portfolio reviews, and competitive offers to attract top design talent and optimize interview practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related area; 2 years in talent acquisition or 4 years in related fields
• Expertise in recruiting design talent across various design disciplines
• Ability to review and assess design portfolios effectively
• Experience developing structured, skills-based interview processes for design roles
• Proficiency in analyzing recruiting metrics and market data to improve recruitment strategies

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will shape talent acquisition strategy for a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong emphasis on design recruiting. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify talent needs, strengthen sourcing plans, and improve the overall hiring process. The position also requires a data-driven approach to market insights, candidate assessment, and competitive offers to help the organization attract top talent.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $104,000 – $202,000 annually
