Job summary

Walmart Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to drive transformation of Walmart Style. You will partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Digital, Operations, Marketplace and more to advance private brand initiatives and grow the Style business.

The role reports to the Sr. Director of Style Business Development, shaping strategy, managing cross-functional projects, and preparing materials for leadership and external meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field with 3 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in those areas.

Responsibilities

• Project manage internal and cross-functional strategic initiatives across Style.
• Drive stakeholder communication across business and cross-functional teams.
• Lead development of executive and external-facing materials for leadership meetings.
• Support merchant top-to-tops and brand pitches, including meeting prep and materials.
• Lead planning and content development for Style Quarterly All-Hands meetings.
• Analyze market, competitive, and macro trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Support Private Brand processes and ways of working across Fashion, Home and Beauty.
• Support Style strategy and transformation priorities with working sessions.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
