Walmart is seeking a senior leader for its Workforce Transformation team in Bentonville, AR to drive enterprisewide workforce priorities from insight to execution. You will lead cross-functional programs, teams, and governance, turning complex data into clear actions for executives and business leaders.

This role requires strong analytical judgment and program leadership within a large-scale transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, CS, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years in data management, analytics, statistics, or related area or 7+ years in data analysis.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Speed and Structure reviews with Workforce Intelligence to assess headcount, spans, layers, attrition and signals.
• Coordinate enterprise deliverables, resolve data questions, and surface issues for senior leadership.
• Program manage workforce transitions, including timelines, communications and contingency planning.
• Improve M&A and workforce transition processes using metrics and AI where appropriate.
• Connect workforce inputs into AOP, LRP, and Total Rewards planning.
• Support organization design tools, enterprise structure changes, benchmarking and playbooks.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
