Job summary

Walmart seeks a Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement for its facility in Pilesgrove, NJ 08098-2901. Lead multiple projects, align resources, and drive performance improvements across the operation.

You will supervise and develop associates, promote a culture of belonging, and ensure compliance with ethics and company policies while applying data-driven, customer-focused, and EDLP/EDLC principles to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area
• OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Responsibilities

• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, developing and communicating plans, removing obstacles, planning resources and timelines.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through training, mentoring and performance evaluations.
• Promotes compliance with policies, ethics and Open Door Policy, and engages stakeholders to ensure alignment and cost-effectiveness.
• Manages content management initiatives and drives process improvement across areas of responsibility.
