TVH Parts Co. in Grayslake, IL seeks a Sales Supervisor to oversee domestic Inside Sales Representatives and Customer Support Specialists. You will mentor the team, manage staffing and payroll, and ensure top-tier customer service while supporting ERP integration initiatives.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in sales and at least 3 years in sales leadership, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree and ability to travel domestically up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach domestic inside sales reps and customer support specialists.
• Manage staffing, overtime, and weekly payroll approvals.
• Ensure high level of customer service and phone coverage.
• Achieve sales goals through training and development.
• Collaborate with HR on talent acquisition and training.
• Participate in ERP integration discussions and implementation.
• Develop back-up plans for uninterrupted customer service.
• Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings and provide feedback.
