Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Lead and develop teams through training, active listening, and providing feedback.
2. Communicate and collaborate with associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
3. Implement and lead change efforts, set clear expectations, and communicate business objectives effectively.
4. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, support customer service initiatives, and resolve customer issues.
5. Drive financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
6. Develop and mentor associates, promote a culture of belonging, and ensure staffing needs are met.
7. Support compliance with company policies, support ethical standards, and uphold Walmart's values.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46* plus differential where applicable. Actual wages will meet or exceed applicable minimum wages. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and regional pay based on location.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of all relevant training and assessments, and, for certain facilities, background checks and certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or related fields, experience supervising multiple direct reports, and performance management skills.
