The hourly wage ranges from $31.25 to $38.46 plus differential, with additional bonuses and potential regional pay adjustments.
Applicants must have 2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific background check and training is required. All associates must complete necessary training and assessments.
Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing, is also preferred.
